1. Scope of Service

Company professional packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services provide karti hai according to the service level selected by the customer. All services are subject to availability, route feasibility, and local regulations.

2. Booking & Payment

1. Booking ka confirmation booking form aur advance payment receive hone par valid mana jayega.
2. Payment modes: UPI, Netbanking, Card, Cash (where applicable). Taxes aur surcharges alag se lagenge.
3. Cancellation policy: Customer cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may be subject to cancellation charges as specified in the invoice.

3. Packing & Handling

Company standard packing materials provide karegi; special packing (anti-static, glass crates, chandeliers) extra charge par provide ki jayegi. Customer ko move se pehle fragile items aur high-value items declare karne honge.

4. Customer Obligations

• Customer ko items ki accurate list deni hogi. Illegal, hazardous, or unlawful items ko move karna mana hai.
• Customer responsible hoga for disconnecting utilities and preparing the goods for packing unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability & Insurance

Company reasonable care leti hai during transport. Normal wear and tear aur pre-existing damages ke liye Company liable nahi hogi. Additional transit insurance suggest ki jati hai for valuable items.

• Declared value basis par liability ka limit apply karega, jo ki booking time par specified hoga.
• Maximum liability per consignment limited hogi unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Claims & Disputes

Damage or loss claims ko delivery ke samay note karna chahiye. Hidden damages ko delivery ke 48 hours ke andar likhit form me report karna zaroori hai.

1. Claims ko process karne ke liye original invoice aur supporting documents submit karna hoga.
2. Company investigate karegi aur resolution provide karegi within reasonable time frame.

7. Force Majeure

Natural calamities, government actions, strikes, pandemic ya koi bhi unforeseen event jo Company ke control se bahar ho, uss period ke liye Company obligations suspend ho sakti hain.

8. Termination

Company ya Customer dono taraf se termination notify karke ki ja sakti hai subject to outstanding payments and applicable charges.

9. Privacy

Customer data sirf service delivery ke liye use kiya jayega. Company apni Privacy Policy follow karegi.

10. Governing Law

Ye Agreement India ke laws ke under governed hoga. Kisi bhi dispute ko pahle amicable negotiation se solve karne ki koshish ki jayegi; agar nahi ho paya to competent court (state of booking) me matter refer kiya jayega.
